BookEnding Summer 2019: Favorite Books that remind me of Summer

Happy Saturday fellow bookworms! Bookending Summer has started off amazingly! These last few days have been fun, blog hopping over to read some participants’ answers. If you are looking for something fun to do this month, CLICK HERE AND JOIN US 😁

Today’s prompt was supplied by the amazing Theresa @ The Calico Books

Prompt:

Share some of your favourite books that remind you of and put you in a summer state of mind!

I don’t know about you guys but Summer always puts me in a Contemporary Romance mood. I just want to be stretched out in a hammock with a good Romance in hand. Can’t really say why I gravitate toward Romances during the summer months/ why they put me in a summer state of mind, maybe it’s the heat. Or maybe it’s because Summer is filled with adventure and endless possibilities 😉

Mariana Zapata

Miranda Silver

Jennifer L Armentrout (J.Lynn)

Amy Harmon

Penelope Douglas

Kristin Cashore

  1. So many of my favorites I could cry! I think you already know by now, but ya girl Stans Mariana Zapata and Jennifer L. Armentrout with the force that could surpass the gods of Mount Olympus. They are literally my favorites to read, and those books are def in on my own list! I think for me, I’d also tack on the Addicted series by Krista and Becca Ritchie. No matter what, I always find myself reaching to re-read that series during the summer months without fail.

  2. Mariana Zapata and Jennifer L. Armentrout are my go to re-reads other than Sarah J Maas. I’m on that boat with you!
I haven’t read the addicted series yet but have seen it floating around! Maybe I’ll add it to my ever growing TBR and check it out.
