Prompt

Gingerbread Latte Tag

It’s Christmas and you’re ordering Starbucks infamous gingerbread latte what extra toppings and syrups would you add? (For this tag I will give names of different toppings and sauces from Starbucks as prompts.)

1.gingerbread syrup – name a christmassy book that you own

I don’t have any books that are “christmassy” per se but Wintersong is as wintery as my books get.

2. temperatureIf you choose for a cold drink: name a book that bring you chills while reading. If you choose for a hot drink: name a book that can bring you warmth while reading.

I’m not a fan of iced drinks so hot it is!

One book that always warms me right up when I’m reading is Wait for you by Jennifer L Armentrout under the pen name J.Lynn.

It’s a sweet romance and Cameron is indefinitely patient. I definitely had heart-eyes from beginning to end with this book.

3. spice-infused whipped cream – name a series that has a unique setting

Wicked Saints by Emily Duncan takes us into a world filled with deceit, magic, and copious amounts of turmoil. Emily does a wonderful job at world building, creating a land where you cannot help but be swept away by the beauty and horror of it. She makes you unsure of what side you should be on, wondering if everything you’re reading is what it seems.

I haven’t finished the book yet (reading slump hit me hard and I haven’t been able to focus on any reading whats-so-ever) but I hope to fix that soon.

4. brown sugar drizzle – name a book that you find extra or a book that you’ll read when feeling fancy

Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte is always a fave when I’m feeling fancy. It’s one of my favorite classics and I always have a copy on me, no matter where I am.
